Criteria for Businesses
1. Businesses must be located in any one (1) of the following African countries : Ghana,Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa
2. Business must have at least a founder of origin in any one (1) of the following African countries : Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa
3. Small to medium-sized businesses that have been operational for at least 6 months.
4. Businesses should be able to demonstrate a need for financial and administrative support such as lack of dedicated staff for bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
5. Businesses facing challenges in front-end management, such as customer service, or operations which can be addressed through administrative support
6. Businesses must be making at least some level of consistent income, and be able to demonstrate a potential for growth. No specific income targets are set, but consistent substantial income levels is a requirement.
7. Located in areas with access to reliable internet and communication infrastructure
